The price/ value of the boat is great. We had a very good time and Antonio was helpfull and collaborative
It was very helpful! He helped me with everything and explained to them how it works. He was online all day and answered any questions we had. He waited for us if we were late! Everything went as planned! Cheers to Hungary!
There were some problems with receiving back the deposit, which took some time. However, he answered quickly and eventually he was able to return the deposit.
BE CAREFUL WITH THE DEPOSIT AND THE PETROL! Due to the poor condition of the boat hook, it sank when it fell into the water. And they deducted €60 from the deposit for a telescopic boat hook when the one on the boat was normal and didn't cost €20. Also, you have to make sure that the tank is full since the indicator doesn't work. For a little more you can get better boats with more powerful engines. Complaint filed with the consumer authorities of the Valencian Community.
Everything was great, as it looked in the photos, the boat was great. Super easy communication with the owner and the guy who helped us was very friendly. If I return to the area I will repeat with him.
