The Dufour 40 is an exceptional sailboat, due to its capabilities at sea! Particularly comfortable, even in rough seas, it gives off an undeniable feeling of security! Fast and efficient upwind, it is recognized as being very pleasant to steer and at anchor it offers a comfort of life all its own, for a 40-footer, particularly with its large saloon, its bathroom and its shower cabin ! Of Breton origin, born in Lorient, I started sailing at the age of 15. I skippered my first boat at 16, a Muscadet, with which I discovered the Breton coasts. Then, my first regattas aboard half-toners for winter training in La Baule. My first offshore race at 18, “La Loire-Costa-Esméralda” on a 9.20m. Then many embarkations to race as much as possible, everything was good as long as I could sail, like this match-racing competition in the large basin of the port of St Nazaire, aboard a Class 8 with Nicolas LODAY (Olympic Champion ) at the bar ! In the 1990s, I was a skipper for Voilerie DEME, with my RUSH, for 6 years. Thanks to which, I filled the cupboards with cuts of all kinds! Since then, I have closed the regatta chapter to devote myself to cruising! Today, with my DUFOUR 40, I want to help you discover the most beautiful anchorages in Brittany and the Ponant Islands, during navigation for a weekend or more! I think I can say that I called at every port from Aber Wrach to Santender (Spain). Depending on your possible constraints, I can organize your boarding from the following ports: La Roche-Bernard, Piriac, La Turballe, Le Croisic, the latter perhaps interesting if you come by TGV, thanks to its terminal, the station is located 10' walk away. (subject to the reception capacity of each of these ports). In this case, the delivery is free to you, only the shipping costs are your responsibility (count around €35, if we spend the night), but we will clarify all these details when you contact me! I will show you the most beautiful anchorages in Brittany, such as: the Grande Plage de Houat, The church beach in Hoedic The small bay of Beniguet north of Houat, Ster Vras at the foot of the Poulains lighthouse in Belle-Ile Or the one at the foot of an old Vauban fortress and why not the one at the Penfret Lighthouse located in the Glénan archipelago! D'origine bretonne, né à Lorient, j'ai commencé à naviguer dès l'âge de 15 ans. J’ai skippé mon premier bateau à 16 ans, un Muscadet, avec lequel j'ai découvert les côtes bretonnes. Puis, mes premières régates à bord de half-toner lors les entrainements d'hivers de La Baule. Ma première course au large à 18 ans, "La Loire- Costa-Esméralda" sur un 9.20m. Puis de très nombreux embarquements pour régater autant que possible. En 1998, je suis skipper pour la Voilerie DEME, avec mon RUSH, durant 6 ans. je pense pourvoir affirmer que j'ai fréquenté la quasi-totalité des ports situés entre Camaret et Santander (Espagne). Il m’est difficile de compter le nombre de bateaux sur lesquels j'ai navigué, mais cela va du catamaran de plage au 50 pieds de la Route du Rhum, et un embarquement comme matelot à bord du monocoque de 72,80m d’Alain COLAS, 16 / 17 ans ! Aujourd'hui, avec mon DUFOUR 40, je souhaite vous faire découvrir les plus beaux mouillages de la Bretagne et des Iles du Ponant, à l'occasion de navigation pour un week-end ou plus! J'ai deux passions, la Bretagne et la voile, je souhaite les partager avec vous ! Les côtes bretonnes regorgent d’oasis ! Vous pourrez embarquer à bord de Coriolis depuis le port d’Arzal, comme des ports de Pornichet, La Roche-Bernard, Piriac, La Turballe et Le Croisic (selon les coefficients. de marée), ce dernier étant desservi par le TGV, (la gare se situant à 10minutes à pieds).
