It was a great day! The pickup in the evening and refueling took 1 hour.
After some initial problems with the allocation of the booking, everything went well. After a briefing, we were able to set off and had a great day on the sea and in the bays between Cala Luna and Cala Golorize.

We had a great day. It was very windy and they gave us a free pattern. He showed us all the caves and incredible places in Cala Gonone. Highly recommended.

Everything was very good, except that they had said that the boat had a refrigerator and they didn't give it to us, and also something worth noting is that we had to wait in the middle of the port on the semi-rigid for 1 hour for them to come pick us up to fill up with gas.

Although I had already approached box 10 the night before to make sure of the booking, which was paid in full in advance including breakdown insurance and bad weather insurance, the lady in charge of the box did not find my booking in their lists. After a round of phone calls it was ascertained. The next morning, same problem showed up at the retreat. The garage attendant found nothing. Even the rounds of comparisons between the employees who apparently did not have updated lists manage to confirm the reservation. Waiting time for the preparation of the vehicle of about 20 minutes accompany us to the pier. The vessel is totally different from the one booked, (GEMMA - LUXURY XXL 2016), an almost 6 meters with a suzuki engine not exactly at the top. Control knob trim not working but only using a second lever at the bottom of the steering wheel with engine lift function. The only positive note is the kindness and professionalism of the guy who gave us the vehicle by checking fuel levels, propeller integrity, etc. A further note of demerit was the guy in the garage who, despite being picking up the boat at 10 instead of 9.00, told me that delays in the delivery scheduled for 17.30 would not be allowed. Delays not dependent on us but from the long line to refueling therefore not dependent on me. However, the boat was returned at 5.00 pm with refueling. Nice day at sea but in the rental service you can improve a lot, especially when the problems do not depend on the customer.
