We spent a great day on the sea thanks to Agostinos team. Everything went well, the boat was in good shape, we could navigate at a great pace. Just consider enough time in the morning and evening for check in and check out at it takes some time, even though we were not in high season.

Over all the charter was quite good, we had a very enjoyable day and a lot of fun with the boat. But there where a few things we didn't expected or being informed before booking. The advertisement said, that there would be Ice-Cream on board for everyone, but it wasn't. Also it said that we would find snorkeling equipment on board, which wasn't there. We booked online for a time period of 8:30 am to 6 pm. At the counter we were informed, that we have to be back until 4 pm due to off season. Also we had to pay an extra of 3€ per person for entering the beaches. That wasn't explained in the advertisement as well. In summary we had a great day, those additional expenses hadn't bothered us tu much because we split the sum, so it wasn't to much more per person. But it would have nice to know these things before.

The boat description included snorkelling equipment, and when we got there there wasn't any. We had to buy 4 goggles, total 60€ The guy who took us to the port accelerated hard and made sharp turns. My mother-in-law was with me, who has a bad back. They have to see that if older people go, they can't drive like that. And the worst thing was that they gave us a quarter less tank. And in the end they filled it up completely. I think that at the end of the day they take out the petrol to put it in their vehicles. And they make you pay for it. At the last minute they have very few staff and we waited in the boat at the entrance to the port for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Terrible service

First of all, I have to say that I don't know who I can trust, the platform or the operator. I booked a 6m boat but got a smaller one. According to the landlord, they don't have a 6m boat, but on the platform Click&Boat it is described and shown as such. Otherwise, it was a nice day, everything was good from the landlord. A little longer waiting time at the handover in the morning due to the large number of people. Probably more expensive than booking directly with the landlord.

Unfortunately we had to wait a long time, there was little communication/instruction and the tank was only 3/4 full. When we returned it, it was filled up again, which cost us about 30-40€ more than it should have.

They did not act professionally. When we arrived at 8:30 am the box was closed, they came 30 min late at 9 am. They said that it was a “bad day” (it was an incredibly calm and sunny day, which was confirmed by their colleagues) and that we had to return the boat at 4:00 pm (2 hours in advance!!) with no price reduction…They also required us to be in the closest beach to the port by 1:00 pm (3 hours before returning it! It was 8 min distance) to avoid any “difficulties”, which also did not make any sense. We tried to argue all these but the man answer was “if I want I will not rent you the boat, understood?”. Additionally the sun binini in the boat was broken and we did not have sun protection despite it was stated in the contract and included in the price. We were very disappointed and don’t recommend to make it with this company (it is box number 4 and 8 in the port).

I strongly advise against! SCAM is not an individual but a poorly organized and dishonest thief company. The day before I wrote to the famous company in question to get the meeting address. On several occasions, No one answered me. Half an hour before the start of the rental they answered us by sending us the address. When we arrived in place, they asked us to pay the sum of 300 € when we had already paid on the site Click&Boats, a cacophony is set up with several interlocutors, after 45 min they found our reservation, which by the way was not the same price posted on Click&Boats. The skipper we had taken was 25 minutes late. Finally, after an hour and a half after our arrival we were able to start for the first cala. By taking the road for the second stall the engine broke down. 1 hour after a second boat came to tow us (1 hour lost stuck in the middle of nowhere). During the towing route the rope snapped in two and hit us hard. Following that we asked to go straight back because we felt in danger. When we arrived we were charged an additional charge for fuel of € 47. No commercial gesture on their part. Unacceptable to flee.
