Very neat boat. There were technical defects, but they were quickly remedied. Better communication would be good, questions and calls were not answered. Otherwise gladly again

So unfortunately it wasn't perfect. At the start of our trip we were greeted very friendly and the briefing was very short. We were always asked if we had any questions. But as far as the boat was concerned, no important questions were answered. The first thing we noticed was that the steering seat was completely broken. It couldn't be adjusted in height and was totally loose. It took a lot of improvisation to steer while sitting. After we cast off for the first time and the first 2 km, a beeping signal sounded. Battery low voltage! So that the bow thruster didn't work either. We were ordered to a nearby marina. There the engine stopped while we were docking. Shortly afterwards they looked for the fault. Several family members of the landlord were there. They examined the propeller to show us a crack and said that this had happened because the propeller had stuck out of the water too far. 230 euros were kept from the deposit. I can't prove otherwise. There was also no lifebuoy on board. The same goes for the stand-up paddle board. The fresh water pump kept starting up without a tap being turned on. That was very annoying at night. All we could do was turn off the power. And cleaning would be good. The dishes had to be washed first. That was just not possible. One consolation was the unbeatable lake landscape of Masuria. People, be careful!!!

Please do not rent this boat. If possible I would give zero stars. The boat was in an unacceptable condition. The ceiling paneling in the front chamber was hanging down, all sockets in the chambers were defective. Only in the kitchen unit at the central unit were there three functioning sockets, which were located next to a light switch that was connected but was hanging in the air (danger to life). The flames of the gas stove were so weak that it was impossible to cook with them is not available. So you have no way of reading the speed of the boat, which is not that unimportant in the routes with speed limits. Unfortunately, the supposedly height-adjustable Seuerhausstuhl was only in the lowest position and could not be adjusted. Then there is a photo with windows on the side that probably does not belong to the boat either. The advertised SUP was only available on request. Unfortunately there was far too little air on it and therefore it was not usable. Definitely better bring your own bed linen if that hasn't already been checked. Unfortunately, the propeller was not shown to us during the briefing with slight communication problems. At checkout it was. Of course, this then had a small crack. Then we were presented with undated photos showing this ship's propeller without a crack. We are two skippers from inland shipping and actually know what kind of "jerk through the boat" goes when the propeller is damaged. We had this we certainly don't on our short trip. Maybe there is a system behind it to earn a little more money (150 euros). Conclusion. Click&Boat please consider whether you want to continue working with this provider.

The boat was comfortable, without any problems we were able to see everything we planned in Masuria.

Could be in some cases better, overall good price performance level. Can recommend the rental service.
