Catamaran Lagoon 440 with a refit carried out in November 2022 to improve its comfort. It has large spaces where you can enjoy sailing: in the stern a generous bathtub for meals, a bow with mattresses on both sides, as well as seats just in front of the superstructure with very comfortable mattresses. In addition, this catamaran has a steering area in the "fly bridge" at altitude that will become one of the crew's favorite areas during navigation. After a day of sailing you can relax and rest comfortably in one of the 4 double cabins with a suite-style bathroom. And something in high demand when sailing, drinking water! On board this catamaran you will not have drinking water restrictions, as it has a water purifier installed in November 2022. Also has: - New batteries (Nov. 2022) and solar panels. - IRIDIUM GO satellite communication that allows you to send messages for free and download weather reports at any time, making navigation safer and more reliable. - Deep sea fishing equipment Revised and complete maritime safety! We prioritize safety on the boat, so we have everything necessary in terms of maritime safety: SOLAS life raft, EPIRB Radio Beacon, fireworks, VHF Radio with DSC, approved vests with strobe light, ring with light and tail, anchor layer, lifelines on deck installed, acoustic signal horn, heliograph, radar reflector, buckets, binoculars, set of 3 fire extinguishers, etc.

We had a great stay with 8 of us, plus Xavier the skipper. He was very attentive, he always wanted to please us. Very discreet, always in a good mood. The bathroom in the large bedroom on the left was inaccessible, toilet blocked with a very unpleasant smell throughout the stay, so we shared the bathroom with our children, it was not a problem in the end. The square in front of the boat is super nice for an aperitif in the evening. And the aft square is very habitable for lunch at 9. Xavier took us to incredible places. We will come back with pleasure.
