OMG, I can't recommend this boat owner enough!! Such excellent service provided by Matteo & his team. They are super professional. Great communication, friendly, helpful and cooperative. My husband & I loved our day out on the sea :) An extra gold star for mailing us our selfie stickball the way to Sweden (!), which we forgot on the boat. I was sad to have left it behind on the boat, but so so happy and grateful when Matteo and his team offered to ship it to us by mail. We received it yesterday! 5 star service!! Mille Grazie :)

I rented a dinghy from this person, unfortunately due to fever on the day of rental I couldn't take it and it was moved to the next day, here comes the best part, the next day they damage water and wind and having taken out bad weather insurance as a precaution I thought how It should be that I would be reimbursed the entire cost but no. With a sentence like, in these exact words, "I'm sorry but I can't do anything about it, we don't manage the booking, I can't do more than give you maximum availability." This would be their maximum availability, keeping 237 Euros of free rental from people who even take out insurance to avoid these problems. It's up to you to think about it. NEVER AGAIN.
