Due to the constant changes in the weather, we cannot make a final decision until 1 hour before the start of the excursion. In no case can we decide to shorten the excursion on the fly once it has started, which will mean a reduction in the rate. If the client approves a change of date but once accepted decides to cancel, the amount paid cannot be refunded. The company will not be obliged to make further changes to dates unless they are due to weather reasons. If the client arrives late at the time of the reservation, the company is not obliged to give him extra time. In the event that the client does not leave on time for company reasons, compensation will be given by offering the client more time.
