The boat is very functional apart from the shower which was not, no VHF visible on board and/or not presented during the presentation of the boat. Cleanliness can do better for almost the start of the season. For the welcome and the communication I do not recommend despite the fact of having tried to be polite FOLLOWING A DELAY ON MY PART EXPLAINED BY THE FACT THAT I WAS TOO FAR FROM THE MEETING POINT and I did not want to to pull hard on the boat, my good will and in agreement for an extension following this overrun of schedules the methods of requesting it are on the other hand doubtful to the limit of obligation. Conclusion of the negotiation: "Don't worry, just remember what a good day you had" to make a claim just behind, not very honest either, knowing that we could make arrangements at the very moment. You have to know how to talk to people in the event of a dispute and know how to sell a service correctly.
