Rent this splendid boat, registered in 2023, to enjoy a holiday in one of the most beautiful and evocative stretches of sea in the Mediterranean, in the company of friends or family. From the port of Nettuno in the province of Rome it is possible to move easily with direct itineraries to the Pontine islands and/or the Flegrean islands but in any case it represents an excellent starting point for cruises in Sardinia or the Aeolian Islands. EKHI, is an Oceanis 34.1, registered in 2023, is an agile boat, easy to handle, and represents the ideal solution for a family cruise or a group of friends. • 3 cabins, 1 bathroom; • 1 bow cabin with double bed; • 2 twin aft guest cabins with double beds; • Dinette with dining table and sofa. Opposite armchairs with table; • Kitchen complete with sink, 1 fridge, stove and oven; The rental is for a weekly duration, or for single weekends. The boat is new and easy to sail. The cruise to Ponza took place in uncertain weather in September, but everything went well, also thanks to the prompt support of Flavia and Mizar, with whom we were in constant contact for weather forecasts and to choose the best and most sheltered coves. Excellent rental, recommended!
We had an amazing vacation on Flavia's boat! The boat was in pristine condition and equipped with all the comforts we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable time on the water. Flavia was incredibly accommodating and always available to help with anything we needed, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!
The boat is very spacious for its size and carefully maintained by the owners: Flavia and Mizar proved to be helpful and attentive. Even bureaucratic matters were easy and smooth. Recommended.
Everything EXCELLENT! We rented the boat for four days and went to Ponza. Flavia was always very helpful, also providing us with very useful contacts for the weekend. The boat is as described, with no surprises other than positive ones. Very comfortable and cruising. An experience that we will certainly do again.
Everything ok, weekend with spectacular weather, nothing to complain about. Flavia and her partners were perfect, correct and sociable. I only have a complaint about Click&Boat who still don't respond to my dispute about the charge made, that is, I found myself charged higher than the accepted estimate... I think it will be resolved, but it wasn't nice
Extremely positive experience, Ekhi is a new, performing boat (even with light winds) and exceptionally well kept. The cordiality, professionalism, and sympathy of Flavia and Mizar made our holiday even more unforgettable.
New, comfortable and performing sailing boat. We sailed at 18/20 kn real without any problems. Excellent reception in check in and check out; Mizar and Flavia are expert and precise. Ekhi confirms what is indicated in the message and that is no small thing.
The experience on Flavia's boat was fantastic: brand new, functional, clean and comfortable boat. The boat handles very well and sailing is pleasant even with little wind. We are already thinking about booking another week :)

Fiocco srl rented me a new boat, which had problems with the VHF, the electrical panel and a fuel leak from the tank! Having two weeks of holiday I did not interrupt the rental (the loss of oil was small) during which I unfortunately scratched the bow in Ventotene; slight cosmetic damage. I then received the estimate for repairing the damage: €2000 of which €1000 for towing, all at my expense... I had no intention of asking for anything due to the inconvenience of the oil leak, but faced with such a high expense (see case the entire deductible) I asked Fiocco srl to help me at least for the hauling which will still be useful for them to check the hull; they tell me that this is not expected, the boat is new and after 7 months they have no intention of drying it up. They do so only to repair the damage caused and acknowledged by me. I ask them to quantify the inconvenience of the oil below deck, they send me an email in which they tell me that they hoped I wouldn't insist as they had given me the number of a technician in Ventotene who would certainly have stopped the leak; not only that, having continued browsing I would have worsened the situation and prevented them from further rentals from 9/16 on the day of check-out. This is their manipulation of facts to justify total closure and a particular attachment to money. The reality, however, is that, having discovered the leak on 6 September, we returned to Nettuno where the boat remained available to Fiocco srl for an inspection on the working days of 8/11 and 13 September, days in which I did not use the boat. They were not able to intervene but they blame me for not having done so in Ventotene. There are only 48 hours difference. What would I have made worse??? They do not accept discussions on the estimate, and do not assume any responsibility for the loss of oil and the resulting inconvenience. They can do it, the contract speaks for them. Ethically it is reprehensible. Conclusion? I am very naive (it will serve as my experience) They are intellectually dishonest. ************************************************** ************************************************** ************************************************** ************************************************** * OWNER'S RESPONSE: The two-week rental with Mr. Thomas was a very tiring experience for us. To be honest, he had been sincere during the agreement phase about his real nautical competence, which later turned out to be even above what was announced. The real problems were communication. Lots of messages. Messages to report problems he has detected of greater or lesser importance. Messages to agree on a meeting, in Rome to deliver a portable VHF, to which he didn't show up. Messages to inform us of probable end dates of the lease to be brought forward for your understandable personal reasons. Messages to describe the problem with the oil tank. Messages to request an estimate of the work for the damage caused by him. All this interspersed with long silences in which it was not easy for us to plan and organize interventions and maintenance. Silence after urging him to meet the mechanic who was available when the oil leaks started. Silence on when we were supposed to go to Nettuno for an early checkout. Silence, the most important, on the damage caused by the collision in Ventotene (first week of the rental), which we only became aware of at the time of check-out. We regret being accused of intellectual dishonesty. We tried to be present as much as possible, but we repeat, it was all really very tiring, including, last but not least, reading the comment he left. But this is also part of the game and we still feel like evaluating our experience with Mr. Thomas positively.
Stay away from this booking. Complete disgrace. Forced us to book and spend the night in a violent storm. Worst experience ever. Interested in money, told us lies to keep us longer on the boat and increase booking time. Weeks and weeks of back and forth. We are now being forced to speak to our lawyers. Avoid at all cost. ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************ RISPOSTA DEL PROPRIETARIO: Per dovere di chiarezza, dopo un commento cosi’ aggressivo, esponiamo i fatti. Ci scusiamo in anticipo per la lunghezza del testo, ma le cose vanno spiegate con cura. Non abbiamo assolutamente costretto la signora Nora e i suoi familiari a far cose contro la propria volontà. La signora Nora ha effettuato, la prenotazione il giorno mercoledi’ per il week-end successivo, dopo alcuni tentennamenti date le previsioni del tempo non ottimali. Al chek-in nel pomeriggio di venerdi’, le abbiamo chiesto, viste le variabili metereologiche, di informarci quando si sarebbe allontanata dal porto, confidando nel suo buon senso, vista anche la presenza di due bambini a bordo. Cosi’ non è stato. Siamo stati contattati, da lei, verso le 9.30 del sabato mattina con richiesta del nostro intervento perché aveva avuto problemi con la manovrabilità della barca, rassicurandoci sul fatto che la barca era nuovamente ormeggiata senza aver conseguito danni. Solo quando siamo tornati al porto, per capire cosa fosse successo e dare assistenza ai nostri locatari, abbiamo appreso dal personale della Torretta della Marina di Nettuno che quella mattina intorno alle 7.30 era stato, da loro, effettuato un intervento di emergenza. Un terzo soggetto, avvistando una barca al centro del canale del porto in evidente difficoltà, lo segnalava al personale della Marina. Veniva, quindi, inviato un gommone per trainare la nostra barca alla banchina e dare assistenza all’ormeggio, evento a noi taciuto dalla signora Nora. Quando, risaliti in barca, ci siamo resi conto che non esisteva, fortunatamente, nessun problema nel sistema timoni, ma che la signora Nora aveva omesso di rimuovere il blocco di sicurezza presente sulla ruota di dritta, la nostra fiducia nelle sue competenze nautiche è crollata. Era sabato pomeriggio e ci si aprivano due possibilità. La prima: far scendere subito la famiglia per taciuta incapacità, come previsto dal contratto. La seconda: chiedere loro se preferissero rimanere comunque a bordo assicurandoci di rimanere in porto, adducendo come motivazione anche le condizioni meteo previste per il giorno dopo. Abbiamo scelto questa seconda strada soprattutto per non mortificare la signora davanti alla famiglia e ai due figli e probabilmente abbiamo sbagliato. Abbiamo lasciato loro la scheda per poter entrare ed uscire dal porto con la macchina, qualora volessero, facendo base li, allontanarsi sulla terra ferma. Lei ha accettato. Le abbiamo anche offerto la possibilità, assolutamente non dovuta, di usufruire di un voucher per un’uscita in giornata con persona qualificata in grado di affiancarla appena fosse stato possibile. In luglio, agosto e settembre la barca è stata locata e nella seconda metà di settembre non era locabile per un problema con il serbatoio del gasolio. Aggiungiamo che durante la locazione è stata danneggiata la spiaggetta di poppa, a seguito di urto contro la banchina per ormeggio improprio, e quindi abbiamo trattenuto dal deposito cauzionale la cifra necessaria per la successiva riparazione, come da contratto firmato tra le parti. Siamo davvero spiacenti che le nostre intenzioni siano state travisate. Forse ha giocato un ruolo importante la barriera linguistica. Eravamo ancora disposti, appena possibile, anche nella prossima stagione, ad offrire quanto proposto, ma visti i toni assunti dalla signora Nora pensiamo che questa strada non sia piu’ assolutamente percorribile.
