We are renting this beautiful sailboat, a classic North Wind 38 in perfect condition for the traditional style lovers. Is it located in Palamós, a city in the Bajo Ampurdá region, from where you can sail towards the Gerona region, in Catalunya, the most active touristic centre in the last few years. The region is famous for its views, paradisiac beaches and commercial ports. It is a boat for every sea lover. You can enjoy it with or without captain if you have the needed boat license. Features: 11,7 meters long. Engine Volvo Penta 50 horses. It can accommodate up to 8 people (7 + captain). It has 3 double Nautalins, a convertible dining area and 2 bathrooms. Equipment: Regulatory safety equipment for navigation on the high seas according to zone 2 (valid until the Balearic Islands). Radio, portable radio, GPS, autopilot, kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher, phone charger, linen, TV, awning for the hottest hours. The price includes: VAT 21%, insurance, regulatory safety equipment for navigation on the high seas according to zone 2 (valid until the Balearic Islands), mooring at Palamos port, sheets, utensils, butane gas. It is not included in the price: fuel, mooring in other ports, pantry, final cleaning Extras: Captain (between 140 €/ day and 150 €/ day + maintenance Deposit: 500 euros to be paid at boarding. It will be refunded when the rent is over and no damage has been done. Boarding and disembarking: you can board from 9 am and you need to disembark by 6 pm

The 4.5 stars from the other users will have to do with the perfect pattern Sergio. The boat is fine but there are newer ones at the same price. And that they have a paddle board. Half of the awning was missing, that is, the dining table is in full sun. Bring a huge sarong to create your tent on the table. Elena answers each question within just 5 min. Her husband and owner of a boat and sailing school seemed annoyed to have to wait on us. Of course, it seems that Sergio understands himself with them and I trust him.
We had a great time and the boss was majestic.

Boat has met expectations but the 3rd cabin is small, correct for children
Excellent treatment, guide and reception. Sailboat in good condition and ready to sail. Some small details such as the probe / depth gauge that did not work (some previously rented that I did not communicate) In short, confisnza and I would rent it again
Very well received and indicated by the owners and by the port staff, the boat sails very well (it is also used for school)

DEPARTURE DAY 06-17-2018 AFTER RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS FROM ANTONIO (OWNER) WE SAIL FROM PTO. FROM PALAMOS AT 10:30 AM PEACEFUL DAY WITH WINDS OF 11-13 KNOTS. THE SAILBOAT: A NORTHWIND 38 WITH BRAND NEW SAILS, SAILS VERY COMFORTABLE. SINCE THE CREW IS NOVICE, WE SAIL ACROSS, DOING SEVERAL BOARDS AND ANCHOR IN CALA FOSCA. WE HAVE HAD A FANTASTIC DAY AND WE RETURNED TO PORT WITH NO NEWS. I THANK ANTONIO AND HELENA FOR THE ATTENTION AND KINDNESS. SURE WE WILL REPEAT!!

Easy and comfortable to wear. Plenty of room for the 5 passengers to sunbathe on deck very comfortably. Helena and Antonio very attentive and make everything simple. Recommended!
