It is very easy to handle, very comfortable, ideal for an outing with family or friends! Laurence's boat is great, in excellent condition and very comfortable. Laurence was very responsive in responding to messages. The skipper was very pleasant and very competent. We had a wonderful day. The only problem is that Laurence had announced, from my first request, a price higher than that announced by Click&Boat - so on the big day, she asked me for a balance of €200 even though C & B had confirmed to me that the the entire rental had been paid. A lack of clarity...
