After 32 years I quit my job as fireman to follow a dream...I bought a sailboat and sailed away with my wife Anita and my kitty cat Shanu. We left Italy and crossed an Ocean, finally arriving in San Blas, a true paradise where we want to spend some year. I love showing this lifestyle to new people and sharing with them my passion for cooking.
