the skipper did not speak English nor Spanish, only Russian & Ucranian. The client should have known ahead of time. That made very difficult and ackward the vacation. The crew did not know how to work the boat, and had terrible flaws in navigation. Port authorities give them a fine in La Gomera for not connecting VHF radio to channel 12 when entering port, creating a hazarous manouver with the local ferry.
We had a brilliant day. Denis looked after us very well. Thoroughly recommend.
This was the highlight of our trip to Tenerife. The Company was fantastic! We went sailing with Arturo and Antonio and they were super attentive, very knowledgeable and went the extra mile for us to have a great time. We will come back and definitely recommend this experience and crew!!!
Magnificent family cruise with children from Tenerife, La Palma and La Gomera aboard the Nefertiti, Very comfortable sailboat, Very clean and well equipped. Captain Arthuro knows how to build confidence and assumes his role with great professionalism (Safety, tourist comments). A very good atmosphere, Arthuro and Marina know how to listen to customers and give very good advice for visiting the islands (thank you for this good time spent in La Gomera). Thank you for these discussions in the moonlight under the stars! Hoping to be able to return soon to repeat the adventure. We can only congratulate Arthuro and Marina for their investment in every respect.
After some technical difficulties at the start, we had a wonderful day on board and really enjoyed the time. The buffet offered and the friendly service rounded off the wonderful experience.
