Technically good, sails very nicely. There is a backlog of maintenance, but it is not a new boat, everything works and you can feel comfortable. Extremely friendly and good contact and instructions. Would definitely go again!
Very friendly and flexible treatment. The boat has its years but it is a very good sailboat, it is well maintained and they do not stop working on it and renewing all the equipment, such as the engine, which is new. It is small but comfortable. A very good option for short crews and tight budgets.
Very good attention from Maria and Jordi, a good boat to navigate the delta.
Good experience
We are very happy with our departure, the boat is old and it shows in some elements, but it met our expectations, it behaved phenomenally all day and made us spend a great day getting to know the Delta from the sea. In addition, the management and attention of María and Alfred have been very good, they have been very aware of us at all times. We will repeat without a doubt.
It is a good boat for someone who is just starting out in the world of sailing. But I do not recommend it at all for long journeys and for staying several nights on it. It is a fairly old boat, which needs a bit of care. The Genoa is not furling, it is a sail that is stored and has to be assembled and disassembled. The rudder is a paddle. The fridge when we went did not work and the service battery, at night, already showed that it was low. Fernando, the person in charge of showing us the boat and I know, that the one who worries about its maintenance... the truth is that it is Díez. A very good man, he was concerned at all times about explaining everything about the boat, he asked how we were every now and then and you could see that he was excited and wanted to improve the boat day by day. In conclusion, a very good boat for 2 or 3 people, a very good boat for beginners, but it is not a boat to rent for more than 2 or 3 days, and much less for long distances. Without a doubt, despite what I'm saying, I will come back and rent it again. Both for the treatment from Fernando, and for the attention received by + mar, and because for beginners, to learn and to practice... it's perfect. THANK YOU FERNANDO FOR EVERYTHING.
We had a great two days!! Both Fernando and Maria were very kind We will return!!
The welcome and treatment by the person who maintains the boats is very good. If we have had a problem, they have helped us solve it. The port facilities are great. But the boat needs to improve the deficiencies caused by the passing of the years, as well as taking care of certain details that would improve the experience (cushions in the bathtub area, crockery that is not made of glass, etc.)
The Nieles sails very well and the engine works well. The boat itself needs some maintenance and not everything works 100% but that was fine. Good explanation from Fernando and he can tell you everything about the boat. What he has already made and what he still wants to make. We will definitely rent him again.
A boat for good sailing! Fernando treated us very well and Joan, who is a sailing expert, gave us some ideas and tips for going sailing. Meritxell and Maria have also given us a very good service. Thank you, we will repeat for sure ??
Where to start… First they reject my reservation, which had a small discount, and generate another one exactly the same but without a discount… without comment. Once accepted, I receive a long email in which they indicate, among other things, that in response to my question (a question that I had not asked), the boat did not have a bimini top. Obviously someone had asked it before but they have not had the courtesy to inform it in the description of the boat, that it will be a surprise when they arrive!, they will have thought. Imagine sailing in the summer for hours under the sun without an awning to protect you. The staff was very attentive and tried to solve it, providing me with a Decathlon awning, which was useless for sailing, but for anchoring, something is something. When we got to the boat, it was all surprises: 1º It does not have an automatic pilot, despite the announcement indicating it; 2º The Genoa is made of pulleys, there is no furling; 3º The wind equipment does not work; 4º The state of cleanliness and maintenance of the boat left much to be desired and they had withheld a €1,500 deposit from us... When checking-in (to call it something), the employees do not know the boat, suffice it to say that we were there for five minutes three people looking for the electric fridge and that's a 26 foot. Every question was torture for them, no one had informed them and they couldn't inform us. Of course, an inventory was not signed or the state of things was accredited, so I felt my guarantee further and further away, although later it was not like that. Among the things that they did not tell us was the existence of a gas shut-off key inside the aft cabin, so we could not have a hot breakfast the next morning, despite having paid €20 for the gas bottle. In addition, we had to return once we had gone sailing to solve the problem, with the consequent loss of the little time we had. Once this was resolved, we arrived at the anchorage where we would spend the night of Saturday about 25 miles from the port and it occurred to me to lift the plan, finding the bilges full of salt water and more water constantly entering. Is it all peaceful to spend the night? !. We concluded that the ship would not sink and we spent the night there, a very busy night indeed. Upon check-out, Fernando, one of the employees, a great professional and a better person, always willing to help us and attend to us at any time, checked the boat and gave us the OK, thus ending our journey. At least we have no desire to repeat with this company, there is much to improve.
