The boat was superb, and clean. The explanations of conduct quite brief but sufficient. Reports by message very fast. Bad surprise at the end, when the skipper accuses us of having "broken" the fridge, when it was certainly out of the rails and closed badly. After a good hour of negotiation, we luckily left with our deposit, but not without feeling like criminals. ?
