The service was good. However, there are still some additional costs.
We made the reservation via Click&Boat, which went wonderfully. The handover and on-site instruction was also great. Unfortunately, we had some problems with the boat during the trip and had massive difficulties reaching the harbor. After numerous attempts, we had a lady on the phone who told us that there were no men there at the moment who could help. Perhaps you should make sure that the emergency number is manned by a competent employee. Even when we arrived to return the boat, we were treated very rudely by the back office. Given the rental costs, you can probably hope that you will receive fairly friendly service. I see an absolute need for action for the port, because the reception is the first impression you get. Nevertheless, I would like to particularly mention the technicians who take care of the instructions and the boat handover and acceptance upon return - professional, friendly, helpful
