Joan and his brother were both very friendly and accommodating. Would gladly go out on their boat agsin
Thanks. Helping with transports was useful and taxis came spot on time.
It was a pleasure to be on Joans Boat. Everything was great on the boat and he also gave us a brilliant food recommendation for afterwards. We can only recommend Joan and his boat!
Terrible experience!! 2 1/2 hours into a 5 hour charter and 1 hour from port our captain could not start the engines. At first he said it was no problem as there were 6 batteries. Unfortunately all 6 were dead. Joan then proceeded to find a nearby boat to take us back and we crammed 16 prople on a boat made for 10. Afterwards I simply asked for a 50% refund and he refused any refund. I tried to get Click and Boat to intervene and they refused. I would never rent from Click and Boat again and never desl with this owner. Beware!!
It was a pretty good day, the boat was in perfect condition, very clean and ready to go. Super good treatment with the skipper and everything was great.
Thank you for this great boat trip! There were 6 adults and 4 children and we had a lot of fun! Juan and his team were very accommodating and had everything under control! We would book again immediately!
Everything is great! We took a route through the Levante Natural Park with different stops to swim, dive and relax on the boat! Joan also offered me drinks and snacks! I will repeat without a doubt! Thank you so much
Joan was pleasant and attentive, however what the advertisement offered did not correspond to reality. It offered speakers that didn't exist, an appetizer and drink that it didn't have, and during the stops at sea it didn't explain anything about where we were. The price is quite high for what it offered
Beautiful experience. Joan super friendly, attentive, cordial. The ship is spectacular. I loved. Thanks a lot!
We have had a super good day with Joan. Quite a success, it has taken us to some great places. Without a doubt to repeat!
Lovely guys, they treated us terrific. The boat is spacious and everything was very clean. The weather did not accompany us and it was not possible for us to visit any cove, so we were anchored the whole time, a shame. The only problems that arose were at the communication level, we sailed two hours less than contracted (it was 8 hours and we stayed for 6 hours). Despite being 2 hours less and in addition to not sailing, and as a consequence not consuming fuel, we had to pay the full price. This was the only thing that caused discontent in the group.
We have spent a perfect morning, thanks to the kindness and route designed by Joan. We will happily repeat the next time we come to Palma. 100% recommendable.
