Bavaria 40 2001 3 cabins, 1 is a suite 2 burner stove 2 tanks of 100 liters raymarine Security deposit required Can leave with and without skipper During navigation, the customer/skipper and all passengers must comply with the following rules: - Navigation outside the permitted legal limits is prohibited (vessel registered in class 4 - restricted coastal, can sail up to 25 miles from the harbor and up to 6 miles from the coast). - Navigation outside the limits of the customer's navigation license is prohibited. - Navigation outside Portuguese territory is prohibited. - Navigation in restricted waters and outside the channels is prohibited. - Navigation upstream of the Vasco da Gama bridge is prohibited. - It is forbidden to navigate and anchor in unauthorized places. - Participation in regattas is prohibited. - It is forbidden to smoke on board the boat. - Navigation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited. - The customer cannot supply the boat with fuel without prior authorization. - Pets are prohibited on board. - It is forbidden to consume red wine or any other liquid that could dye the boat. It is mandatory to provide information on all passengers for insurance purposes. Any unidentified person will not be allowed on board.

Owner with high esteem for the sailboat. Responds to messages very quickly and is very polite. The sailboat is very well maintained and equipped. Fully equipped kitchen. Very good navigation system, with radar. Everything working. Exceptional cleanliness. Very comfortable and easy to manoeuvre. I rented the sailboat without skipper for one day. Only skipper was used to do the initial briefing, final and the tightest maneuvers in the port. He introduced me to the boat and clarified all my doubts. It was simply flawless. The day was magnificent, with 3 couples on board. Plenty of space available. I have to thank the availability of the owner and the skipper. Strongly recommend.
