Pleasant moment
Ticket #864126 opened for refund for engine failure since August 29/24. To date, I have not received any response from Click&Boat nor has the refund been processed, which is completely unacceptable. The lack of seriousness in the management of this matter by your platform is regrettable.
Federico organized everything perfectly and we were looked after excellently by an employee on site. The boat was in good condition. The only thing missing was a freshwater shower and the table leg. Price/performance is definitely OK. Fourthly, the boat is fast and maneuverable. We would rent it again anytime!
Very good service, very good boat and great attention from the staff. The boat is wider than it looks and is very new, it has a lot of power, more than enough to carry 7 people. Everything is perfect, we will always repeat with Federico for sure!!!?
Very good afternoon, very pretty boat, comfortable and clean. The area is great for pleasure boating. Slight problem concerning certain materials announced on board and ultimately missing, notably towels and an enclosure. Apart from that the rental is reliable and not very expensive compared to other boats offered around Barcelona.
