Wonderful rental Jeanneau Sun Fast 39 maniacally maintained. The boat is perfect for sailing with a maximum of 6 guests on board. It has 3 bed Nautalins and 2 bathrooms. The itinerary that I always propose to my guests includes boarding from 6.00 pm in Chiavari. A departure around 9 am the following day from the port of Chiavari, with a navigation between Portofino and Camogli, and can continue up to the beach of San Fruttuoso (famous for cannot be reached by any means of transport). If conditions permit, night at anchor with dinner on board. Possibility of going down with a tender to the restaurant. As far as weekly cruises are concerned, you can also think about an itinerary that includes the island of Capraia and Corsica. We spent a lovely day of sailing along the Ligurian coast on Paolo’s boat, stopping for swimming, lunch, seeing small picturesque Italian towns. The boat is in excellent condition and very responsive and easy to handle. Most importantly Paolo himself is an amazing skipper and host, with great local knowledge, speaking freely English which is a rare thing in Italy, and very interesting to chat to while sailing. I wish we had more time to spend on the boat and sail. Highly recommend.
Paolo was very accommodating and attended to all our wants and needs. You couldn’t ask for a better skipper. We had a fantastic time on our 3 day sailing trip celebrating my birthday with friends. If doing a sailing trip for more than one day I would recommend that your numbers don’t exceed four to ensure comfort on boat. Thanks Paolo for an awesome 3 days sailing the Italian Riviera.
