Victor was friendly and flexible, and advised us proactive that the sea-state was not good on our planned date. And we could rebook to another date without any hustle or extra cost. Sadly the toilet was a removable one and not in the boat when we rented. But, we did not check extra if it would be on board so I do not blame Victor. Next time we will definitely rent again at this company.

To add a point that is more than a drawback, I did not have a GPS or a depth sounder. In truth, the GPS is not used, but the depth sounder is useful in some coves. However, we will repeat everything else well.

I have been renting boats on this App since 2018 and this one is by far the best, in every way. Good communication and a boat in great condition. Very comfortable to navigate and with good access to the bathing platform. It is a perfect boat if you have children so that they can take a nap in the cabin.

Negative points: ⁃ The boat does not match the one ordered in the photo (missing passenger seat + poorly sewn seat) ⁃ Listed as a 2023 boat (very old) ⁃ No second child's life jacket despite having informed the rental company of this ⁃ No circuit breaker ⁃ Not cleaned (windshield full of salt, hair, cream residue) ⁃ The speedometer does not work (only the rev counter)

Apart from Vincent's warm welcome, the boat had a few problems, such as the engine being faulty for a good quarter of an hour, which prevented us from fully enjoying our trip, a very dirty windshield, a broken passenger seat, a soaked rear seat, a speedometer that wasn't working (needle), and finally a lack of details on the terms of the deposit. Furthermore, the punctuality and the information on the meeting place and the information on the parking location were very much appreciated.

We spent an absolutely incredible day on Arnau's boat in Denia. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. Vicent explained everything with great clarity and kindness, which made us feel very comfortable and safe from the start. Thanks to his guidance, we were able to enjoy a spectacular day exploring beautiful coves, swimming in crystal-clear waters, and relaxing in the sun. The experience was a 10. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended for anyone looking to spend an unforgettable day at sea. ?⛵✨

Basically, everything was fine. However, a selection criterion for me was an onboard depth sounder. That's exactly how it's described. Unfortunately, the boat wasn't equipped with one. A nautical chart of the surrounding area, possibly with indications of possible mooring/anchoring spots, would also have been nice.

When we arrived, things were not prepared, causing us to leave a little later and for me, it is the point to improve. The boat and everything else, great!
