SCAMMER! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS MAN!!. communication 0.0 and boat nowhere to be seen in the harbor.. Click&Boat also nowhere to be reached! *** company and a *** child behind this boat rental.. DO NOT BOOK!!! I LOST MY MONEY AND Click&Boat DOES NOTHING WITH IT????
The first booking was terrible. Despite confirmation and immediate payment and repeated inquiries to the rental company, the answer came only the evening before at 6 p.m. that the engine was not working and that the rental was not possible the next day. We were unable to find an alternative at such short notice! We are still waiting for a refund and despite reporting the complaint to you, there has been no response from Click&Boat. Unacceptable and definitely room for improvement. Please finally take care of my case and issue the refund immediately!
