Everything is well arranged, appointments are made at the place and time The boat is very nice, the owner accompanies you with good advice Frankly, you will not be disappointed, I advise you to come across this boat and its owner (see his father, who is also very nice)

Many things were wrong on this boat. To begin with, the departure time indicated on the application was 9am, however the owner sent us a WhatsApp message to give us a meeting point at 9:30am, time to check in, we left the port around 10am. Then, the deck shower was not working, we were promised 20 liters of bottled water to rinse ourselves, etc. But these were not present on the boat. The boat was not rinsed from the last outing at sea (Trace of salt, ...). A person on board cut his knee on a sharp part of the rear bench seat. We had to return to port earlier than expected to go to the emergency room. So we quickly carried out the Check-out with the owner's father. This one told us that everything was OK, but a few hours later, the owner of the boat called me to tell me that he had declared a claim by reporting friction on the propeller and the base. This one tried to take advantage of the fact that we were a group of young people and that we were in a hurry to get to the emergency room. Fortunately, after contacting and explaining our version to Click&Boat, they took the time to analyze the different versions, and made the fairest decision not to follow up on the owner's claim. I sincerely recommend the Click&Boat application, however be careful with this rental company. We will use the Click&Boat app for our future rentals without hesitation, selecting a more respectful and professional rental company.
