Description of Pierre's sailboat
Bavaria - Cruiser 39 | 8 People
Our boat is a 39 ft long yacht designed both for sailing and cruising. This sailing yacht was built in 2007 in Germany and has very good behavior while sailing thanks to the knowhow of Bavaria. It is also very confortable since the German yards have worked hard on the Life on board aspects. Its design is spacious so that you can easily live at 6 people with it 3 Nautalins and 2 bathrooms. The yacht is regularly maintened by the crew (Roger, Flo and PA). For instance sails were entirely renewed less than 2 years ago. The autopilot renewed in September 2021, the motor Z-Drive replaced in May 2021, the motor checked in November 2022. Another maintenance phase happened in February 2022 with the renewal of the side-power command, check-up of the last, protection paint was applied on the bulk. Drain pipes passing through the bulk were also renewed. the 2 service batteries (180Ah) are all new (avril 2023). The engine of the Zodiac dinghy has been replaced last year (juillet 2022). As a matter of consequence we expect a lot of care from users of Erromango and only are willing to rent it to careful and experienced people. We are looking forward to welcome you on board for a long week-end, a week or more!

Excellent stay for 6 people aboard Erromango! Boat well maintained and seaworthy (round trip Corsica with 25/30 knots and 2m waves). Owner attentive and available! I highly recommend!
I thank Florent and Pierre very much for this fully successful week aboard their sailboat Erromango. The boat is perfectly well maintained. We spent 3 consecutive days of anchorage, everything worked very well. Communication is very easy. I recommend this boat to anyone who wants to have a vacation in the Mediterranean. Erromango is the perfect boat to enjoy the Mediterranean under sail, motor and at anchor. It is very well maintained and has benefited from good improvements. Looking forward to coming back to it.
Despite the fridge breaking down at the start of our rental, the owners quickly responded to our expectations and did everything to make our sailing possible and our stay pleasant. We had a very clean boat available and an owner who was always available during our crossing. Thank you for your honesty and your kindness which is really appreciable. We spent 9 days to five on Erromango. He took us from Marseille to the west coast of Corsica, from which we explored the countless creeks and then brought us back to Marseille in safety despite a gusty wind at 20-22kts and rough choppy seas as the Mediterranean knows so well. do it. If you are looking for a brand new sailboat with all the latest technologies, go your way :) But if you are looking for a sailboat that has proven itself: robust, seaworthy, solid and comfortable for the high seas and cabotage, then Erromango is for you. On a long sail then you may have to put in the effort to patch up a bit here and a cleat there, but that is part of sailing and it will make you a better sailor. In any case, the boat is ready for the high seas and you will feel safe there. Pierre and Florent are very nice and were very available to answer our questions. The new sails, the engine which runs perfectly and the bow thruster are very valuable equipment. If we can, we will voluntarily set sail again on this boat.
