Everything was idyllic!
SAILOE reception very good, administrative part and handling ok. On the other hand, what a mess between Click&Boat and SAILOE Lorient + SAILOE Guadeloupe. Announcement of options in Click&Boat incorrect with fishing equipment not available and franchise recovery announced at €1 not available from Sailoe, not including the transport of luggage to the boat indicated but non-existent. No one is in phase and responsible for anything. Contracting a franchise recovery with Click&Boat before departure, accepted and debited then 1 day after departure they inform me that the recovery is declined by their insurance. No reason given and basically you have to sort it out yourself. I will no longer be using Click&Boat and will instead book directly with rental companies. No need for a meaningless mailbox.
