The treatment with the Boomerang staff, as well as with Pablo, the skipper, has been excellent. We are very happy with the service and the agility for any management we have needed.

An excellent boat for 10 people, but it had some unexpected issues: the autopilot did not work, the mattress for the lounge bed was not provided, the water level did not work well and we had no water for two days, the mainsail trolley did not run well . The sails were like new, allowing only 55 liters to be consumed in 6 days of sailing.

We have just returned from a great week of sailing in the mouths of Bonifacio, Sonia and Barbara sailed together, (the signatory skipper Barbara) the boats are very pleasant in terms of habitability (7 people per unit) as well as in "cushy" navigation; we had rented genakers. On the 1st day, in an SE 10/15 knots, we hoisted our spinnakers, and as incredible as it seemed, the mast cleats on which the halyards were hit were torn off in the same laughing stock... (poor pop rivets invoice). Back at the quay, we adapted a halyard return to the piano which gave satisfaction throughout the week. Sail maneuvers are simplified by furlers. The halyard jammers (particularly GV edge on Barbara) do not hold the load. Rupture of the genoa clew strop. Electronics, driver, engine: nothing to say, it was perfect! The fuel gauge not working properly, we had the bad surprise at the end of the stay to fill up with 95 liters (vs 11 engine hours for the port entrances and hot water supply!... ), there again the base team was professional and understanding. The interior fittings of the boats seemed to us to be very fragile, drawer knobs and fittings faulty, faulty drawer rails, door handles unscrewed. Sanitary side, sink, gas, it's perfect, no incident. The forward berths that were too narrow forced us in both boats to use the saloon. Spacious aft cabins. Welcoming square table with its 4 benches (curious or even bad idea that this removable 4th whose first victim is the floor) The comments made by the other skipper (SONIA) seemed more severe to me as to the strange dilapidation of this sailboat announced as "NEW" ... to note the play or seizure of the helm must we conclude from these impressions that DUFOUR draws on the price of construction to the detriment of quality, I am personally disappointed because on the bodies of water in BRITTANY as in Marseille, this brand often holds its competitors high. I will end up tipping my hat to the Portisco rental point, to Sergio, Marco ... whose professionalism has been much appreciated. They understood what we expect of them: methodical check-in, well conducted until the handing over of the keys, check-out with the same respect and concern for timing, exit comfort, and above all a feeling of trust well nice these days.
