Very friendly atmosphere ☀️😎
The communication related with all the "extra cost" that we have to pay there (marine + fuel) must be said with anticipation, that way we can know exactly how much the adventure cost will. Besides, we feel uncomfortable since the skipper that we pay to be served, has no hospitality experience "at all" ... breakfast was prepared when she decide early in the morning and we need to put our meal in the microwave and eat it, one day the captain when to look for a boat part and she when with him (the Whole day) instead of being with us and look after whatever we need....... TERRIBLE. ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* RISPOSTA DEL PROPRIETARIO: Singolare che persone che, appena scompaiono dalla vista dello skipper, consumino alcolici e superalcoli in grande quantità, abbiano poi la lucidità di scrivere "terrible" in questa recensione, peraltro non doluta. Si vuole forse trovare un responsabile per i tre giorni di maltempo che ci sono stati nel Tirreno concidenti con il charter? I clienti potrebbero confermare che ho personalmente ed anticipatamente proposto più volte di posticipare la partenza di almeno due giorni (generando disagi al mio ciclo produttivo) per evitare di trascorrere in porto la vacanza causa maltempo. Non accettando questa mia proposta per comprensibili motivi legati alla pianificazione della vacanza organizzata dall'estero, mio malgrado ho deciso, per loro, di navigare per l'isola d'Elba nonostante il meteo avverso per offrire un servizio turistico migliore ai clienti e di organizzare un bellissimo barbecue in rada non appena il meteo lo ha consentito. Questo però è stato omesso nella recensione (perchè?). Nulla da replicare circa la lamentela legata ai costi dei marina (eccetto quello di ormeggio e cioè Punta Ala) e del gasolio perchè così è previsto dai contratti di charter (di tutto il mondo!). Grazie comunque!

Sono uno skipper (armatore) con grande esperienza in alto mare . Peculiare conoscenza dell’Arcipelago toscano, della Corsica e della Sardegna del nord in particolare dell’arcipelago de La Maddalena.
