We were after snorkeling and finding gem spots. To be honest the area has a few things to show but one day is a bit too much for what it's out there. You can easily do snorkeling 3 miles along the coast of Hersonissos in half a day. There are some limitations - not allowed with alcohol on the boat, not allowed within 100m of any beach and there are limitations in terms of how far you can travel by boat. We had a no licence & no skipper boat so all these restrictions are pretty much imposed by the coast police

We have just had the best day on one of George’s boats! Booked last minute (and by that I mean an hour before we had to be there) but he was quick to reply and sort us out with a boat. We had a skipper take us to two different islands to get off the boat and snorkel around. He gave great information about Crete and where the best places to go are! I didn’t get his name but he was lovely! Couldn’t recommend enough if you are staying near Chania and want a boat for the day!
Even though it was a windy day and the sea was slightly choppy. George gave us the option to look at the sea and reassure us that it was still safe. He also said that if we didn’t feel safe to go he would refund us which was really kind of him. Thankyou so much again george! If we are ever back in Crete we will be back to rent another!!

Found crew very easily. In fact they found us.
Boat was very good condition, simple welcome and we were on our way.
Skipper was exceptional. Knowledgeable, honest and nothing was too much for him.
Food was good.
Great day out, would do again, especially with that skipper.

Fantastic day out on the boat! Sevasti went out of his way to make our experince as seamless as possible, providing a map of places to visit including Dia island, beaches, coves and caves. He was friendly welcoming and accommodating. The location of the boat is perfect from Hersonissos, where we were staying. Very easy and positive experience!
