Hello everyone, I very beautiful barge renovated with taste, for 8 people This memorable accommodation is anything but ordinary! Come relax on our boat. We offer overnight stays on the Canal du Midi between the reaches (you decide), a UNESCO heritage site. It is also possible to go sailing. The boat has 4 beds to accommodate a maximum of 8 people with the comfort of a modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms, toilets. Its 12m2 terrace will allow you to eat, chat, and enjoy the midday sun. We can position the boat according to your requests (Carcassonne, Castelnaudary)! The barge consumes 3/l, fuel is not included, it will have to be paid extra at the end of the navigation. From November 1st until April 1st the boat will be parked at the dock at the port of Castelnaudary, we ask for a minimum of 2 nights. We had a very good stay with friends aboard Lionel and Aurélie's barge. The owners are adorable, we had a great welcome, they remain available at all times. The barge is nicely decorated, very cozy. ready to repeat the experience.

The boat is old but recently and well renovated. All the necessary equipment is present and the owners are very responsive. The port of Carcassonne is very pleasant: lively during the day and calm at night. We sailed 2 days beyond Trèbes and spent two beautiful nights in nature, alone by the canal.
We had an excellent stay with friends on this barge. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the owners, whose kindness and availability greatly contributed to making our experience memorable. Their welcome was exceptional, making us immediately feel at home. They took the time to explain the details of the barge to us and this gave us confidence. The houseboat itself was comfortable, well equipped and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Sailing the canal, surrounded by picturesque landscapes and charming villages, was a real escape. We appreciated the owners' advice for local stops and restaurants. In summary, a perfect stay thanks to attentive and caring hosts. We highly recommend this experience.
