They arrived more than half an hour late, the boat was not prepared, the steering was terrible and the maintenance was poor, to remove the anchor you had to do a tetrix... they should improve their professional attitude and correct kindness, which is why the poorly maintained boat is saved.

The boat's explanation is somewhat brief and communication had to be with several people, which made it a bit difficult. Otherwise, the boat is very good.

When we arrived this morning, everything seemed to be arranged properly at first sight. We received a briefing that was certainly OK, but at the end of the day a big disappointment due to deception regarding fuel billing. During the briefing it was explained that we would receive the boat with a fuel tank of 48% and that this would be sufficient to be able to do our trip. When we arrived back at the harbour and received the fuel bill, we had to pay €245.29. We then called an employee of the harbour to ask how the settlement would be done regarding the fuel. He told us that we had to pay the bill in full and that the meter had probably indicated an incorrect value in the morning, because this sometimes happens with digital meters, we were told. Which is pure nonsense, because we have rented several boats before. Never heard this excuse. During our trip, the 48% only dropped to lower values, never higher. After our refueling to fill up the boat again, this meter was at 96%, which proves that it does register correctly. We are going back to the harbor tomorrow to have this deception sorted out, because doing business this way is really not OK. We were also given an explanation that with a 220 HP engine you have a higher consumption, especially when you sail fast. In all honesty we can say that we sailed 90% slow to average and 10% with some speed. We barely covered +- 80 km on a trip from 11:06 to 17:19, with more than an hour at anchor. The photo in the advertisement showed a table, this was not present. The hifi did not work either, neither Bluetooth nor radio would work. The harbor employee tried this a few times and made phone calls, but could not get it to work. The boat was generally in good condition, but since we are very dissatisfied with the the deception regarding fuel, we would like to write in detail that certain storage hatches were under water and still contained food remains. We had a super nice day, unfortunately we have a sour feeling about the deception with the fuel. If no solution is offered for the fuel that was fraudulently charged, we advise against renting from this party. With polite regards, A very disappointed tenant!

Expensive but spectacular

The process was very simple, great communication with José and excellent service, also the guys at the port, very friendly and pleasant. The boat is wonderful, we left from Puerto Colón and were able to enjoy Los Gigantes, Masca and even Punta de Teno. We will definitely be back.

Very friendly staff, they explained everything to us and gave us tips. The boat was in very good condition. One of the speakers on the music system didn't work. We also got a different boat than the one we booked because of a defect on the boat we booked. Not a problem in itself but it could have been communicated better.

The boat is very powerful and goes to the movies, it consumes a lot and it is difficult to gain speed. Nose off, and loose stairs, things flew away hahaha with the locations to see, they didn't help me much, the hood has a parachute effect, it was better to pick it up, they told me it didn't have GPS but it is very simple, a little expensive but pretty
