Frank was great with communication and on the day we had Carlos who was a wonderful, caring and friendly host. he went above and beyond, very knowledgable and considering the weather was very accommodating and helpful especially with my father who is wheelchair bound. the food and drinks were plentiful as was his knowledge of the area. highly recommend Carlos and Frank and this boat. the facilities were very good on the boat as well. Thank you for a very memorable trip.

Franck was an amazing skipper! He was very responsive prior to the booking and on the morning of. He has a very warm and kind spirit. His suggested itineraries are perfect - they cover amazing areas without ever feeling rushed. Once on the water, he was extremely thoughtful and a step head of our needs. We were a family of 5, with 3 children under the age of 12. We saw a jellyfish in one area, and without our asking, Franck create a net to offer a protected area for us to relax in the water. He offers all of the amenities needed for a perfect day on the water - noodles, paddle board, life vests, masks and fins. We are English speaking, and his English is limited (and our French is limited), but communication or comfort was never a challenge. He took pictures and videos of our family without our asking. The boat was also very clean and comfortable. We highly recommend Franck similar to all of the other wonderful reviews he has received.

exceptional. Franck made the trip absolutely comfortable & welcoming despite the language barrier. He was always checking on us, making sure we were enjoying ourselves. Franck was kind enough to provide us with snacks and drinks. He even had towels and swim equipment ready for us in case we wanted to swim, and took many beautiful pictures for us without asking. Surreal experience during the whole boat ride. 11/10. Would definitely ride with franck again. 😍😍😍😍😍

Had a great day on the boat with Franck. He was very accommodating and had water, sodas and fruit for us.
Showed us different places and had some fun facts about the surroundings, and had both snorkeling gear and paddle board.
We definitely recommend this trip, he is very friendly and made the trip a better experience and fun!
