An absolutely disastrous experience with this rental company. During our outing, the propellers came loose in the middle of the sea, a breakdown completely beyond our control. We were stranded at sea with a swell that was starting to build. The rental company had given us a time to come and help us... it took over 2.5 hours, without ever informing us of their departure or progress. The return was made in a frosty atmosphere, with no apologies, and threats about the deposit, as if the breakdown was our responsibility. No goodwill gesture, a breakdown declared as a claim, and no consideration for our safety. Absolutely avoid!
The hull of the boat, full of algae, is not maintained. No compensation. A dishonest rental company.
