The e-bike promised by Click&Boat was not issued because e-bikes are allegedly not allowed on the IJsselmeer. The deposit of €1500 stated by Click&Boat was only €1000. The deposit insurance taken out was therefore too high. The map material on the chart plotter was out of date.
