Adverse weather conditions are those that prevent the ship from leaving the port or prevent the excursion from being carried out safely and comfortably for our guests. Due to constantly changing weather conditions, we cannot make a final decision until one hour before the excursion starts. Under no circumstances can the excursion be shortened immediately after it has begun, resulting in a reduction in the rate. If the client approves a date change but then decides to cancel it once accepted, the amount paid cannot be refunded. The company is not obligated to make further date changes unless due to weather conditions. If the client arrives late for their reserved time, the company is not obligated to provide additional time. In the event that the client does not depart on time for reasons related to the company, compensation will be provided by offering the client more time.
