Good communication. Takes the time to advice you and learn how to handle the boat.
Communication was quick and instructions for both arriving to rental and also using the boat (and what to see in archipelago) were clear. The team was really helpful, came to meet us when we approached the harbour upon our return to make sure everything was ok. Boat was quite easy to drive for non-licenced amateurs.
