DANGER! Firstly, The captain of the boat had no idea how to safely navigate it. He almost got me killed in front of my kids and wife. He was supposed to ick me up from snorkeling location close to rocks, but never took into consideration the currents and waves. As a result he almost smashed me between the back of the boat, and the rocks. My family was watching and screaming in panic as I boarded at the last second before the disaster! Secondly, we purchased extra hour to stay and swim on Bamboo island for $50. After only ~30 minutes, the captain demanded to go back. When I showed him the clock with the time ge started yelling on me in front of my family in very threatening way! While his assistant removed his t-shirt and displayed large tattoo with Osama Bin Laden! My wife and 3 teenage girls were terrified at the moment. Avoid these guys at all cost!
This guest was stubborn and did not want to listen to the captain's instructions. He was demanding to be dropped off in unsafe areas close to the rocks because he wanted to swim in clear turquoise water, rather than at the mooring buoy. His whole family got back into the boat, but he ignored the captain’s instructions until the boat had drifted dangerously close to the rocks. This guest is an American Jew who had a problem with our local Thai Muslim staff. All the Thais that work in the boating and fishing industry are Muslims. He clearly took a personal attack on our staff. Please read all our other speedboat reviews with the same boat crew, and you’ll see most of them are 5 stars. All our other clients comment on how friendly, respectful, and helpful the staff are. I was completely shocked and taken aback by this review. This is not a true reflection of our crew and what happened on the day. The client had to pay extra on the day, because they asked to extend their charter with and hour and his daughter lost her mask and snorkel in the sea. This review is an insult to our crew, who are humble, respectful, and always go out of their way to give our clients the best possible experience. Do not trust a word of Lev's fraudulent review.
